Do I need any previous sales and marketing experience to attend this training course?
Yes, this is an advanced B2B sales & marketing workshop, and it's expected that participants already understand the fundamentals. It's recommended that anyone with less than twelve (12) months' B2B sales experience master the basics first by enrolling in Fear - The Art of Selling ® 247 online.

What happens if I am unable to attend one of the sessions?
If you're not able to attend one or more of the modules for any reason, Deakon Pty Ltd will make every effort possible to reschedule your attendance in a later training course.
Due to the nature of the program, which leverages off exercises completed in previous modules, it's important to attend all sessions to maximise your learning experience and avoid any disruption to other members of the group.
Can you measure the level of skill improvement?
From our experience, the impact on the bottom line results in terms of increased sales and improved profit margins is the best way to measure changing skill levels. Nothing will change, however, unless participants apply what they learn in the classroom within their organisation and do the work required to be successful!

Who delivers the training?
This NEW two (2) day advanced B2B sales & marketing workshop will be delivered face-to-face in a classroom-style setting by Tim Williams ... the creator.
What happens if I need to cancel or postpone my booking?
Deakon Pty Ltd understands that circumstances may arise requiring a registrant to cancel and / or wish to reschedule their workshop registration. If a cancellation request is made at least twenty-one (21) days before the workshop commencement date, a full refund will be given within three weeks or less, but more than one week; a cancellation penalty of 50% of the full registration fee will apply.
Unfortunately, if the registration is cancelled less than 7 days before the workshop commencement date, no refund will be given. Under no circumstances shall a full or partial refund be given once a workshop has commenced.
A registrant may also either reschedule their workshop registration or send a workshop substitute to the originally scheduled workshop with prior written notice to Deakon Pty Ltd. If a workshop registrant is a “no show” on the day of the workshop, we will not honour any requests to reschedule the registration.
Deakon Pty Ltd will make every effort not to cancel any workshops, however if cancellation is necessary for any reason, registrants will be notified no less than 7 days prior to the workshop commencement date by phone or email. Registrants may choose to either apply their registration fee to a future workshop or request a full refund.
All workshop cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Deakon Pty Ltd., 3116 G, 470 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Vic. 3004, or emailed to training@deakon.com.au. Deakon Pty Ltd is not responsible for travel or any other expenses incurred by registrants in the event of a cancellation.
Where is the venue for the training program located?
Deakon Pty Ltd uses a number of different venues in Melbourne, Brisbane & Sydney to conduct public access training programs. These are all located within 5 km of their related capital cities' CBD. A confirmation email will be automatically sent to you after you register that includes the venue's location, transport, and parking details.

No, for a participant’s registration to be valid, Deakon Pty Ltd must receive payment in full prior to your chosen training course's commencement date.
