# 2. What is online learning like?

Online learning removes any stress because you are not in front of a classroom full of students. You also don’t have the added pressure of role plays or worrying about what other participants think. I teach the same syllabus that I do in my face-to-face training courses. The only difference is that the role play activities are prerecorded using actors, many of whom are past students.  


It is also a lot of fun (watching other people), engaging (downloading and completing assignments, templates & quizzes), and very rewarding for the tech-savvy students. 

# 3. Can I learn at my own pace?

YES! This is one of the biggest advantages of enrolling in online learning because it’s flexible and fits into your lifestyle. If you work a full-time job and are looking to either upskill or change careers, then you can study before, after work or on the weekend.


There’s no need to commute to a physical classroom on fixed dates, instead you can study whenever you want from anywhere in the world!

# 4. Are you accredited or licensed by educational organizations?

You should be proficient in the following:

# 9. How long does the course take to complete?

There are over 11 hours of video tutorials (lessons) to watch, however everyone’s experience will be very different based on the time you choose to allocate completing the various tasks & assignments.

  • Total Video Length  =  9 hrs. & 20 min. / Fear – The Art of Selling ® 247
  • Total Video Length  =  2 hrs. & 28 min. / Job Seeker 

You can also stop and re-start the course or choose to skip over a module (e.g., you are currently not planning to change sales roles) so you have total flexibility.

# 13. Is there a certificate issued at the successful completion of the course?

The platform that we use to deliver the training doesn’t currently provide this functionality natively, however we expect that it will be available in the near future. 

# 14. How long do I have access to the course?

You will have full access to the video training tutorials and downloadable PDF resources for the life of the course which we continue to improve and update as needed.

# 15. Is there a money back guarantee?

We do not provide either a full or partial refund for any payment made to access Fear – The Art of Selling ® 247 or any of our other courses & products in light of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care required to develop all the materials & downloadable resources. 

# 16. Is there an exam?

There are numerous quizzes spread throughout the training to assist with your education process, however there is no formal exam to sit in order to successfully complete the course.

# 17. How do I contact the course instructor?

I have been updating and fine tuning the course materials since 2005 to create a well-oiled machine that caters for virtually every B2B sales situation; however, you can book an online 1:1 call if needed once you enroll. 

 

Additional fees apply and the service is subject to availability.

# 18. I'm based in the USA and tax-exempt. How can I have the tax removed from my invoice?

We do not apply any additional taxes unless you reside in Australia! Deakon Pty Ltd is not required to collect and remit any type of local, state or federal sales tax for your payment.

# 19. My country has a business-to-business (B2B) VAT clause. Do I still have to pay VAT?

We do not apply any additional taxes unless you reside in Australia! Deakon Pty Ltd is not required to collect and remit any type of VAT tax for your payment.

# 20. I'm based in Australia. Why do I have to pay an additional 10% Goods & Services Tax?

Taxes such as the Australian Goods & Services Tax or GST are not included in the base pricing of any Deakon Pty Ltd products or services. If your billing address is in a country or state where tax is required, a tax percentage will appear on your invoice at checkout if it has been determined that Deakon Pty Ltd is required to collect and remit any type of tax for your payment. 
 

A separate line item will appear on your receipt with the amount and percentage of any taxes charged. To understand in advance whether your purchase will be subject to tax, please seek guidance from your country or state’s tax authority.

 

As an Australian-based business, Deakon Pty Ltd is required by federal law to add 10% GST to the purchase price of any product or service for customers who reside in Australia and remit these additional charges to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
